Finding Croatian recipe books in English, outside of Croatia can be a real challenge. One of the better books I've found that contains an extensive list of Croatian dishes, is "The Best of Croatian Cooking" by Liliana Pavićić and Gordana Pirker-Mosher.
The only thing I would like to mention is that there are no illustrations in the book and it does look like it's been produced a little on the cheap side. Still, if you want a good solid collection of Croatian recipes in English, this one is one of my favourites. The book, in both hardcopy and softcover versions is available online from Amazon.
